goooooooooood saturday morning...8 straight hours of sleeping...how nice it felt for a change...guess having a lazy day yesterday with only doing errands and stayin in outta the heat made for a great day...i got on the scales this morning an was pleasently surprised by what it said...i can usually weigh right before i go to bed an figure how much i will lose over night...but this morning...it was like wow...i knew eventually it would show, as i have been noticing my belt getting looser and being able to put it in a different hole...so i knew if i stuck to it...eventually it would show on old hard to get along with mr. scales...lol...another hot humid day again today...was in the 90s yesterday and humid..but did have alittle breeze an that helped some...todays plan...take it easy an just enjoy the air inside the house...shredded about a garabage bag of paper yesterday....guess i saved alot of bills i could have tossed sooner...and my checks i was saving went back 10 years...so i did clean some of that out as well...well...just gettin up an need to make the bed an get breakfast in me....im doing the happy dance .....for a change....have a great one...
