I'm glad i lost this week especially since i didnt lose anything last week. I have hope now that i can do this.

147,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,8 kg. Aún para ir: 65,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 0,9 kg a la Semana

Keep bringing down that scale.Remember when the scale doesn't move your staying the same so no gain.I'm behind you,your doing great!!!
