Been stressed eating and so far gained 10 pounds. I just can't stop eating.
98,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 44,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I can understand that. I have been stress eating too. Now I gotta get rid of it. Taking it one day at a time

I stress eat too. We can make it through

I stress eat, too, sometimes, mostly at work. I've resorted to large amounts of cut up raw veggies (no dip or dressing) and massive amounts of sugarless gum. I've learned for me, it's the chewing more than the calories that get me through, and it doesn't really matter what I'm chewing on. Hope you find a way to reel it in, but know you're not alone on this one

Don’t let stress take away where you want to be. Focus on your goal. I’m rooting for you.

You may want to see if your eating mostly high carb foods. If that’s the case you may want to try increasing your B-complex or B-3 which can be significantly depleted under stress.

I’m in the same boat. So very hard with all that’s going on in our world. Went to the grocery store yesterday, spent almost $300 with the increase in meat, eggs, quality foods, etc.. I’m going to try the increase in the B vitamins. Thank you LarryB for the idea.
