Diario de flaxseed, 08 jun. 11

Movement at last! Not a lot but its better than nothing. Lets hope it continues. Life still feels very strange and lonely and grief comes in waves. I can feel fine for a couple of days and then something small sends me into a downward spiral. My DIY skills are coming to the fore and I've drilled the hall wall and put up the mirror I brought from my Mom's house and put on a new loo seat. The bolts were well seized up and there were a few tears, a bit of stamping and 'I can't do this', but with a bit of grease and brute force I made it. A glass of rose with my lunch followed to celebrate!
