Clearly I ain't got this. at my heaviest ever. FML. I can't do this 😭😭😭😭

Don't get deterred hun, everyday you can start again. Today I'm trying this all over again. You can do this.

You definitely can do this ☺️, just take baby steps, you didn't put the weight on in a few days, so don't expect to loose it in a few days, just make small changes and be consistent, you will soon see a difference and it will slowly become a new lifestyle, best of luck😁🌼

Clearly I am a stress eater. So much going on in my life. I turn to food for solace. I need to get my head in the right space. Thank you both for your encouraging words

Don't give up, I've been in the same situation. Key is to not give up when you slip up. Just keep going. I lost 18kgs and picked up 10kgs after. Back on the journey but I see it differently now. Just as long as you focus on you goal. Mindset is truly your greatest tool. You CAN do this!

Start today with just this walk 8000 steps minimum a day drink 2 litres water minimum track what u eat. U don’t have to live on lettuce just be mindful I’m on this journey now as well. U can do it

it's going to be okay. I am emotional eater too. one slip up doesn't mean it's a free for all. start with the very next meal to make choices that are better for you. you got this!

Good morning, I’m in the same boat. Small daily shifts will get you to 85kgs. Slow and steady. Weigh in daily.

hey hang in there. you can do this. i beat my stress eating by filling the house with fruit and veggies and saying i vandat what i want just have ab apple first or a banana. it takes forever to eat an apple so it helps limit some of the damage. just to say,Friday i drove to the shop to buy muffins and chips. so I'm not there yet either but I'm better. that's a good thing to aim for. being a bit better and smarter every day. fruit also helped my sweet cravings become more balanced.so eat that apple

YOU can do this. One day at a time. Giving up is not an option, hang in there. Record your meals on the food diary to see exactly what is causing you to gain weight, then eliminate the culprits
