Wee, water weight! I expect (well, hope) this last .5lbs to be gone by tomorrow or Friday and then down to 130.5 or 130 by Monday. I really think my metabolism just needed a kick in the gut.



I can walk on the ankle just fine, but goodness, it's still quite painful! I do have a small light purple spot actually halfway down my foot, on the side. The bruising isn't on my ankle at all! I think I did a right old job rolling it. *sigh*
59,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
