As I have expected, maintaining my ideal weight is just as challenging as getting to it was! This is the first time in my life I've ever wanted to stay where I am, and it's terribly confusing! As we speak I'm reading article after article about weight maintenance, and hoping that I'll be able to find the right balance to keep my weight where it is! Wish me luck?!
