Finding a balance in Macros is pretty difficult. I need to consume 180 grams of protein a day (ideally it would be 200) but trying to consistently get to 180. I continue to walk a line of too little food or too much. Also not the right balance of Macros. definitely need to weigh my food again as that tends to work best for me.
