So, Christmas was great and so was New Year. Put on a few pounds and almost got them off again. Just two to get to pre-Christmas weight. Happy with that. Low carbing suits me and I baked less high carb foods for Christmas so the weight gain was less and is lasting less time too…. The plan is to be in Onederland by the end of January. Then I’ll plan for February onwards.
Been doing lots of garden clearing the last three days as the weather has been mid, so that has really helped too. Following a relatively low carb programme means I feel less hungry - who’d have thunk’d!? It also means that the food has plenty of flavour. Win-win!
Pre-Christmas was doing dressmaking and knitting, made three dresses in December, and knitted a mohair cardigan. Since then, I have started knitting a sweater for me, back done this last week or so, front started two nights ago. Sewing keeps me motivated, knitting keeps me from getting bored of an evening and snacking… gotta keep those hands clean!
