Concerned? Not at all. At your height/weight, the pounds should be falling off quickly if you've started a new healthy diet and the calories are reasonable (1200-1500). Changing up your diet and exercise plan always gives a boost for the first month. It usually slows to 1-2 lbs./week in the second month. Keep going -- you're doing great!!
