@Michelle Haha! Yes feeling a bit better today. The struggle is real! 

@M Happy 2023 to you too! Oh I wouldn’t say I’m steadily losing, it’s been a lot of up and down the same few pounds, but I’ve made some changes since the new year and I guess I’m anxious to see results. It’s quite the mind game, sometimes! 

DO, I went through a bit of diet fatigue last fall and went up and down the same 2 pounds for a couple of months. In the end I decided to take a break and come back when I could put my head into the game and lose that last 10 pounds. DomOlive, we WILL reach goal this time🤗
