Okayyyyyyy done with my "experiments" and have devised my 2023 plan. Mindful Eating is helpful & I will use those tools in addition to a general guideline. 350 days - 50 weeks, folks! Let's do this!
Back to tracking tho decided not to weigh & report every single veggie; those ain't causing my weight gains! Mindful of starchy veggies, going kinda grain-free, watch added fats & sodium. Balanced. Not especially low-carb: just my plan to see what works. Easing into a cleaner program.
Did my first home mini-cardio session - sweating after 10 minutes! LOL Doing lots of smaller bursts to build consistency, then focus on longer durations. Got my weights & floor core plan already happening. Gentle & daily is my motto!
Had to let go of WALLOWING: mourning what I used to be able to do, used to lift, how great my body used to feel, was-wah, poor me! Shake, shake, shake that off! Here's where I am at this Sunday, Jan 15th. I am doing okay! Grateful I am able to move, eat well, have comfortable basics, and supportive friends. I even like myself! LOL
