Lost weight after overeating last night, but I was hungry. I think it's because of the energy spent at the amusement park, and I've been exercising almost daily this week. Even 15 minutes can make a difference for someone as overweight as I am giving all I got, like HIIT training. Still, I'm not hungry now after that late night meal, so I'll skip the morning meal and have an early lunch instead.
