Diario de Saige18, 15 dic. 14

First time that I'm happy for gaining weight. Tummy not 100 % yet but at least I could keep food down yesterday and have energy to shower and wash my hair and also bathing my baby by my self.Only thing I'm missing the most is not exercising for the past 3-4 days.
O bad part is Hubby got the tummy bug today, But i told him look at the bright side you still want to lose 2kgs now you will lose 3kgs, so by Christmas you will be able to eat and not feel guilty :-) happy Monday all..
53,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

HI Black Bee , we fine thank you, both are keeping food down, just have no energy to exercise yet , but will try after work today even if its just walking on the treadmill, just to get into swing of things again. I tell my hubby yesterday for about a month or more I didn't eat any chips and bread and the only things that helped was plain salted lays chips and toast bread when I was sick. LOL the things I gave up helped me.
