Yes, just haven't slowed down :( Last weeks were super crazy and haven't been able to log in between work and after work activities. Summer time work travel, family travel and kids activities. But I am back :) Workouts are kicking in and I am trying to not let the summer heat keep me from doing them. Currently working towards a 5K in October, so have to be my butt moving!!!!
