One week after returning from “weight gain holiday” I’ve lost 4.8kg. Which proves I carry water when I eat carbs and more than my calorie allowance. Fairly obvious really!! But I’m back down, on track, and have 4.8kg to lose to reach my goal 💪👏🏻👏🏻
