I do not understnd why I gained so much weight (was 229 yesterday evening). That is quite crazy!
103,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You tend to lose weight during the course of a day, depending of course on hydration status (as suggested by Greeneyes007). Remember that water accounts for roughly 66% of bodyweight in a male with lowish body fat and less as you gain weight. Still, daily fluctuations can be large and trends should be followed as averages over time. Make sure to weight yourself under the same circumstances each time you weigh in (full bladder, morning, etc, etc).

I have found only weighing myself once a week, at the same time, is more helpful than daily weigh-ins. When one is focusing on long term health and weight loss, it can be helpful to reduce obscession with the scale.
