Had a pretty good day today of eating came in under the 1800 I want to stay at for now, although this application says 1900. Love that it will caculate the calories for me and the foods I eat. I tend to stress eat, so as long as I'm not under stress I should do pretty well.

Thank you, I love this program exactly what I didn't know I needed. I came to it what I thought was an accident but I now see it was divine intervention "lol". Looking forward to learning more about myself through diet and exercise. Have a great week.
