Ok, yesterday I made sure I got my net veggie carbs, but my total net carbs was 35. Maybe I have moved up too quickly. I'll see how the next few days go. I did walk last night for about 50 minutes briskly. I am kind of bummed by the slow loss (even inches aren't moving right now). But I did go to Maine last week and had a couple of tastes of things and 3 glass of wine. I figure, the main thing is my sugars are down. Fasting was 121 this morning, so I'd like to see that go down more but it was the same as when I went to bed. I'm feeling really hungry after breakfast too...I had 2 scrambled eggs, slice swiss cheese and 1/4 c broccoli. I also had 1 cup decaf tea. We'll see how it goes.
