Diario de SaintViper, 12 ene. 15

Well, it's time for a change. I don't do resolutions, but I do like to set goals for myself. I know that I need to be healthier in general. That means eating better, loosing weight, and exercising. My plan is to use this journal to document what I'm going to do to fix this. I don't know everything I'm going to do yet, but over time I'll try and figure it out and put it in here. The first requirement of course will be logging food and exercise. I'll also be sharing it. I need to be accountable to myself first, but if I slip up and it's out there for all to see, well that's just that much more motivation to keep going. So here we go.
