I am just getting used to this tracker.so far I like it brr than the ww app. I am double tracking for now on both the ww mobile site and this tracker.
What I like about this tracker so fat is the widget, and the extensive data base with info for entered foods on nutrition info.v
The exercise numbers don't match what the precor machines say a far as calories burned. The fat secret total is much higher than the precor readings.
My goal for today is to get a workout in and eat fewer calories if possible. I need to watch out for the comfort food traps and point bombs.
