My tag line says it's been 67 days since I last weighed in. I weigh almost every day, just don't record it. Have lost some, but am struggling. My will power/determination is sorely lacking. I think this never ending winter has a lot to do with it. Tomorrow is May 1st and we still have snow on the ground. Only good thing about this winter has been the magnificent northern lights.

Finally get to see an ophthalmologist on Thursday for my eye. I hope something can be done. I'm afraid to drive at night and if hubby is gone I am pretty much stuck at home after dark. Did get some birthday cards made.

I’m having cataract surgery on May 11. I just can’t wait as I am blind in one eye and my depth perception is gone. Driving makes me so skittish, but daytime only and not more than 5 miles from home. Good luck with your outcome.

I was in a similar situation. my surgeries are complete. it was much easier than I expected and the results are incredible! I can see! Best of luck to you!

Cataract surgery was a game changer for me! Still have a bit of problems at night but I have glasses that help!👍
