I think my body is finally getting over the fatty and salty kanuga food. I need to have my vitamin d and calcium checked again this week. Going hiking today!
I just looked at what the computer said I was losing a week and laughed? 35 lbs? That made me smile.
I always lose a bunch of water weight when I eat less salty foods, so I'm not surprized, but the computer obviously thinks I'm superhuman. :)
Back from the hike... got really badly sunburned on my legs but the hike was really fun.
103,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
