Reached 13800+ steps yesterday, but not at the intensity as the previous days. Had dinner at a buffet place, which made it hard to know how many calories I actually ate. I'm not sure if either had anything to do wroth the extra pound tips morning, or if it was one of those fluctuations that happen. I'm looking at another road trip this weekend, too. Will need to work at my'away from home' stuff.
