Today was my first morning of taking my pre-workout drink and boy did it seem to help. This was the first time i've ever been able to get through P90X Plyometrics without having to pause at some point to catch my breath. Only weird thing I noticed was my skin got kinda tingly at the beginning of the workout which I think has to do with the drink. I didn't post my weight yesterday cause the night before I went out to eat and had all kinds of bad things cause it was Harry Potter night at the drive-in but luckily for me the weight came right back off! Everybody in the NE stay cool and hydrated today
