Wls 7/25 I working on liver reduction diet

I started the liver reduction diet with lots of sheets on Saturday Friday and I’m already down 1.9 pounds thank God. So I’m a continue on with this protein shakes and protein, protein, protein and then three days before his surgery. I’m going to start the clear liquid diet but I do feel like so much better already just with a little bit of weight loss so when I started the liver reduction diet, I was 268 pounds and now 261.9 pretty Good.
