Hi FSters and buddies.

I've been on holiday for 2 weeks, hence the absence. I continue to lose inches round my waist (now 39inches from 57inches). Didn't do much walking in the past 2 weeks but was able to control my diet, albeit with difficulties! Let's just say, I didn't go binging. I am so addicted to Pret's food and my goal, up to the end of April 15, is to keep away from this shop - so help me God! I will win this battle! Oh, I am now receiving great compliments on my looks now :) It feels great!! I will post a before and after picture soon. I want to take this opportunity to wish the readers of this journal a great success too... [hugs]
