finally got this going down this week it has been a long streach staying on coarse and the scales not moving
but yea............this week feels so good

thank you Gwen it truly pays off to not give in ... whenthe scales do not move for so long... about a year stayed within the 2 pound range..........i did start drinking the BPcoffee at a diff time but that is really all i did different.. hope you had a good week also... blessings to one and all
