bloated and dehydrated...up a pound in last 2 days so technically it should go back down 👇 hopefully by the next couple days...Tomorrow is my appointment with my knee surgeon and he wanted me to loose 50-60lb which I have done so prayers he will go ahead and do my surgery like he said he would....My weight last time I saw him was 368 today it's 307 so that is 61lbs I'm just ready to hopefully get my knee fixed and be able to walk around more than I am now which is barely any unless I lean on something I did get me a walker with a seat on it because I want to walk around and if need to I can sit for min then try to walk more....
