I’m stuck at 262. This happened a couple of years ago when I was at about 245. I was thinking about intermittent fasting. Read that once complete it could cause my body to put fat back on quickly. I don’t want that. I’ve been eating balanced meals from what I know. I work out every morning except Sunday. 35 minutes to 1 hour of lifting and at least 30 to 45 minutes of cardio. What’s going on. Any thoughts? How do I get over this plateau?
