A month ago I went to the doctor's and had gained 10 lbs. She did take me off my Thyroid medication because she said all my numbers have been normal for the last 6 months. I do eat right and exercise just can't lose the weight. I have to say that I feel so much better off my medication. My body feels different...hard to explain. I am hoping now with the eating healthy that I've been doing and the exercise helps me lose. Keep your fingers crossed.
