I have fallen off the wagon and now I'm getting back on it. I'm focused on reaching my weight goal before October 5th, the day of my 10th wedding anniversary. I have kicked my afternoon Reeses Cups and full can of soda and it has resulted in a a loss of two pounds. I'm now focusing on eliminating soda completely from my diet. I bought a book titled "Now Eat This" from the grocery store. It has a lot of helpful tips and healthy versions of popular recipes. I'm inspired!
70,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
