I knew it that this morning I'd see a weight gain....it was just for one shortbread cookie?
With this diet it doesn't matter if I consume 3000 calories working out....I still cannot eat more than 700 calories per day!
I have small traces of ketosis though...0.5 so I'm hoping at least my muscles are trying to help me burn some fat in the meantime.
Today in my office they will offer breakfast for the employee appreciation week but I don't think I can even go! I'd tempted to eat something there and as usual go over board....so better to avoid all together!
