Today I don’t have any ketostix left so I cannot check my ketosis but I doubt I'm on starvation mode, yesterday it was already very weak and after the 3/4 spoons of peanut butter the amount of calories went up of 1000 for sure...let's try today to stick to the strict diet and see some real results tomorrow, I feel I lost my past week in terms of progresses
