higher carb intake REALLY didn't work for me. I'm not going to abandon it all together but I'll likely keep it at 100 grams on lifting days and between 50 and 100 on non lifting days. I've been feeling very energetic and also still losing fat with this strategy. Mainly I feel comfortable and I think that's most important for me. This is something I can do consistently and as long as it's working I see no reason to change it up
