Still the same weight I was 283 last week and then have had some stress and over eats everyday yesterday I wanted to get back on track but I didn't so today I must because I can't take my ozempic shot this week either I must be off it for my knee replacement surgery which is next Monday about a week from today may 6th so prayers for me to not gain weight and get this bloating and weight back down to at least 283 by surgery date. also the day before they gave me 3 ensure carbohydrate drinks and I drink 2 the day before and one the morning of they are 50g of carbs each so prayers for the weight to not go up and surgery to go awesome with very minimal pain as possible.
