Two back to back losses at weigh in, feels great. I'm not intermittent fasting, exercising and also keeping an eye on my protein levels. Protein is consistently at .75 of my goal body weight. I am trying to fast from ~8pm - 1pm. I don't crave food, but I have a tendency to eat late, which I'm trying to avoid. As far as exercise I try to break a sweat 5 days a week, but that ebbs and flows week to week. Still 3 days of cardio and 3 days of calisthenics, sometimes on same day seems to be my floor. The test always comes during the weekend, especially with Mothers Day approaching, to be mindful of my intake and combat the inevitable high calorie, extra stuff with extra exercise. We'll see how it goes.
