Dr's scale!!! yayyyy Doc was stunned at all the weight I've lost, she actually got my Ozempic back from 1 to .25 every 2 weeks from weekly as a maintenance. I was 261 at my highest in 2018. I was 211 2023 in Feb I started Ozempic and from 211 to 155 my bmi is 27.

Nice, did ozempic give u bad side effects? I heard it can accelerate the aging process in your face by causing it to lose volume?

Congratulations on the weight loss ! Scaling back on the dosage slowly is the right way to go. That’s what I did on a similar medication and didn’t have any rebound weight gain.

I have more wrinkles/saggy skin especially my thighs. Lost my Butt.and my face is pretty thin. I really prefer it to being obese and lethargic and unhealthy.
