I recently do like 24-48 more often. like one a week. today is like 36 i guess. I never count 😅 tomorrow will be 48 

I do once per week 48 hours. Before used to do once a month 72 hours, but don’t feel that I am ready for this now… so will rather be consistent in my 48 every week than stress my body and eat an elephant after 🙂‍↕️
