May was a tough month for me, emotionally. I am happy I did maintain the 12 pounds off; that's something! My eating was all over the place. I worked hard on my mental health and today, I feel FANTASTIC: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually :) Tomorrow it's JUNE and I am gonna have THE best Summer everrrrrrr. 3 months' to get physical and enjoy the great outdoors!
