Lost 2 more pounds, and im so happy. Last weeks weigh in really had me down. I feel encouraged to keep going when i see that number creep down.

142,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 16,8 kg. Aún para ir: 60,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Lost 2 more pounds - thats great!! When you imagine what 2 pounds of butter looks like you realise how good the weight loss is. Keep going.
