heading to work! had a great day yesterday. went for a tiny walk with tinkerbell but focused on my new workout cds. can feel it in my legs this morning! did bootcamp cd for beginners! it included upper body workout with weights and lower body workout and some cardio. it was great and i really enjoyed it. gonna visit mom today after work. so will have to get my exercise in later today
