Down to 160. Missed dinner last night (but not ice cream) so not sure how much effect that has. But recently started surfing again, been 15 years, and it surprisingly came back quickly. Smoothies have really improved my protein intake and helped me balance my fat/ carb/ protein chart. Burning at least 2500 kcal a week w cardio and other exercise. Will keep trudging along.
