It seems my scale has been lying to me. I cleaned the scale last night, along with the rest of the bathroom and this morning I’m up three pounds. I did not change my diet at all yesterday so I’m thinking there was something sticking to the feet of the scale throwing the balance off on it. Might be time for a new scale. Well, at least I’m still under 300😝

Make sure scale is in the exact same spot every time this can throw it off if not

@Big Orr yeah it is. I even traced my feet on the scale so I can step in the same place every time too. Goofy thing would change depending how far forward or back I was on it.

I purchased a set of digital Bluetooth scales from Greater Good. Consistent weight no matter how many times you get off & weigh again.
