Up a lb after breakfast and lunch. All good though, I’m getting there. Most defines I’ve been since I was in my early 20s. Really getting a lot of protein w help of Greek yogurt, protein powder and beans. Not scarfing down tons of meat which I think is good long term. Excited w progress I know I’ll hit my goal eventually. Enjoying the journey vs the destination.
73,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
