Weighed in 24 hours after finishing another 24 hour fast. Went over limit of calories yesterday but got another 400 cals burnt doing cardio. Goal this month was to burn 10000 calories through exercise (surfing, cardio, calisthenics). Continuing to improve on and tweak diet, striving for mostly organic stuff but very hard to find at times and it is costly. These 24 hour fast definitely have a lot of benefits but I can’t always put my finger on what they are exactly. But I feel good every time finish one, would like to continue this at least once a month. I know I need to concentrate more on calisthenics than cardio this week, doing 3 sets of whatever close to failure seems to be better than doing 5-6 sets at 50-60% of max.
