don't know whats going on...weight is up...sugar is out of wack....just been a bad few weeks for me.....sometimes i just want to give up but i keep at it....my day will come when it will all come together.....

Yes, do keep at it!! It's certainly not an easy thing we're all doing here, but it's so worth it. It's a lot of hard work, but, in the end, it'll be something to celebrate. :)
