Diario de sambtween, 21 sep. 15

Yesterday was both a birthday, and a pain day. Whenever it's a pain day, there's pretty much no exercise. The most I did was take out the trash. And it was also football day :-), which is where the whiskey and cheese and crackers came in.

Am I the only one who misses diet pills? Years ago I took phentermine, lost 33 lbs in a decent amount of time. I wasn't tired or hungry, had no trouble sleeping. And, when I reached goal weight, I stopped taking them and kept the weight off for many years. But now you can't find them anywhere! I'm really tired of everyone having to be punished because some people abused them. Because some people drive recklessly do we all have our licenses suspended? Because some parents are abusive, do we have all children removed from their homes and placed in foster care "just in case"? It's just unfair, unjust!
