I was pleased with the loss today. I hope I can replicate it somewhat next week. I have some eating challenges in the next few days; need to just stay on-track and enjoy portions, not feasts. I am doing some exercise--walking 2 or 3 times a week.
80,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 16,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
