I love fall weather! I did reasonably well this week. I'm hoping to get some extra long walks in this weekend. I always feel guilty because there are so many other things I should be doing. I'm trying to push through those feelings and do what's best for me. I'm throwing a pork roast in the crockpot and hitting my favorite trail. Just hope the rain holds off!
